<p>PURPOSE:To change successively an angle position of a mount roller and to prevent thereby the outer circumference of the mount roller from the damage due to heat, by connecting and driving directly a driving motor with the mount roller, and rotating and driving the driving motor and the mount roller by a specific angle with each melt-cutting and heat sealing of the plastic film. CONSTITUTION:After a plastic film is melt-cut and heat-sealed by means of a melt-cutting thermal blade 1 and then the melt-cutting thermal blade is returned to an original position, a delivery roller is rotated and driven and the plastic film is sent forward. At the same time, a driving motor 6 rotationally drives a mount roller under a sequential control by means of a controlling apparatus 8. The controlling apparatus 8 generates a set number of pulses and the driving motor 6 is rotated and driven by a corresponding angle to the number of pulses. The angle position of the mount roller 2 is accordingly successively changed. Therefore, even if the mount roller 2 is heated by the melt-cutting thermal blade 1 and the plastic film, the outer circumferential face of the mount roller 2 is not damaged.</p> |
