摘要 Process for obtaining terpenic aromas, characterised in that a mutant of S. cerevisiae blocked in the route for the synthesis of the ergosterol which secretes aromatic terpenes is cultured on an appropriate culture medium. This process can be employed more particularly for the production of aromatised beverages.
