PURPOSE:To evade interference between a bipolar logic element and a bipolar driving element formed on the same semiconductor substrate, by setting the resistance, from the junction point of two earth wirings of the both to an earth pad, to less than 0.5OMEGA. CONSTITUTION:On IC chip region 51, main earth wiring line 53 of I<2>L circuit region 52 and main earth wiring line 55 of LED driver circuit region 54 are both connected to earth bonding pad 56. On the other hand, main earth wiring line 56 of ECL circuit region 57 is connected to main line 55 at point B while the resistance from point B to pad 56 is set to less than 0.5OMEGA. As a result, even the variation in the erath potential of region 54 will never influence the earth potential of region 57, so that the ECL circuit will never malfunction. |
