<p>PURPOSE: To provide a high voltage solid-state relay which prevents accidental triggering and does not easily operate to excess voltage. CONSTITUTION: A solid-state relay 200 is activated by switching of a switch circuit that is optically connected with a relay group that consists of relay parts 400a to 400f, the power from a high voltage capacitor is switched into a load, and an outputting part 500 minimally suppresses leak current from the group 300 to a load. The relay parts 400a to 400f consist of relay small parts 400-1 to 400-4. The relay small part 400-1 balances off state voltages among the relay parts 400a to 400f, the relay small part 400-2 controls voltage change in the lapse of time when the switch circuit is started, the relay small part 400-3 controls voltage change in the lapse of time when the activation of the switch circuit is released and the relay small part 400-4 executes 'various' functions of the relay parts 400a to 400f.</p> |
