PURPOSE:To prevent generation of glare by preventing the generation of a difference in level at the border of reflecting areas to compose a reflecting surface. CONSTITUTION:A reflecting surface 2 is divided into four reflecting areas 3, 4, 5, and 6 by a horizontal surface, a vertical surface, and a plane CL inclined to the horizontal surface, including the optical axis of a reflector 1. The basic surfaces of the reflecting areas 3 to 6 have a standard paraboloid in the horizontal surface or in the inclined surface, and they form a collecting body (an envelope) of the crossing lines made by cutting an imaginary rotary paraboloid having a point on the optical axis passing the apex and the focus of the standard paraboloid, and having a point positioning at the front side or the rear side of the focus (the first focus) as a focus (the second focus) as to the focus, by the vertical surface including the optical axis. The arrangement of a filament image is controlled by prescribing the positioning relation of a filament 7 and the first and the second focuses of the reflecting areas. |
