CONSTITUTION:A corrosion resistant film forming material 3 is plasma-sprayed on the inner circumference of a cylindrical container main body 2 made of metallic material to form a corrosion resistant film 4. As the corrosion resistant film forming material 3, chromium-iron base alloy powder whose oxygen content is limited to 5wt.% or less is used. Oxygen content in the corrosion resistant film 4 is reduced to 5wt.% or less.
