PURPOSE:To provide the illumination environment according to the activities in a house by calculating dimmer control signals based on clock signals and signals from a memory section. CONSTITUTION:A switch section 1 switches the lighting state and illumination pattern of a light fixture. An arithmetic section 3 receives signals from the switch section 1, a clock generation section 2 operated by the signal from the switch section 1, and a memory section 4, measures the elapsed time after the lighting state of the light fixture is switched by the switch section 1, calculates the expected output levels of individual light sources of a light source section 6 based on the elapsed time and the lighted states before and after the switching of the illumination pattern, and feeds dimmer signals to individual light sources of the light source section 6. The memory section 4 stores the illumination patterns and the changes of the illuminance levels individual light sources giving the minimum sense of incompatibility to occupants. Individual light sources of the light source section 6 receive the dimmer signals from a dimmer controller 5 and are illuminated at the required illuminance. |
