RADAR VIDEO COMPRESSION DEVICE

摘要

PURPOSE:To generate video data which can be transmitted with a low capacity digital line by generating a target detection threshold level which becomes a reference value for detecting a target from digitized video data. CONSTITUTION:Radar video is converted to digital video data by a digitization means 1 and is stored at a video memory 2. A target judgment offset data generation means 3 averages the video data and then generates and outputs a target detection threshold level. A target clutter separation means 4 separates the video data from the memory 2 into target data which are equal to or more than the target detection threshold level and clutter data below them and then outputs them. A clutter data averaging means 5 averages the clutter data in time-axis direction and then outputs compression clutter data. A data editing means 6 multiplexes the target data and compression clutter data and then outputs video data for transmission.
