PURPOSE:To provide the electronic musical instrument which provides both a musical instrument performance and a scale name performance by using the same music data. CONSTITUTION:This electronic musical instrument is equipped with music data 11, a scale name sounding part 111, a note-ON read and assignment part 12 which reads note-ON data out of the music data 11 and assigns the data to the scale name sounding part 111, a note-OFF read part 13 which reads note- OFF data out of the music data, a note-ON time measuring timer part 17, a note-ON time comparison part 18, and a scale name note-OFF assignment part 19 which makes note-OFF data read out of the music data ineffective and perform note-OFF operation a certain time after note-ON operation when the note-ON time read out of the music data is shorter than a certain constant value and makes the note-OFF data read out of the music data effective when the note-ON time read out of the music data is longer than the certain constant value (or equal). |
