PURPOSE:To instantaneously perform unmagnification, reduction and magnification and to provide a comfortable operation environment to the multi-window system of a work station or the like by controlling the read of data without rewriting the data on window memories. CONSTITUTION:Picture elements of video frames are written in a fixed order by one picture element of video signals successively inputted from an A/D conversion part in respective memories (0) 1-8 - (3) 1-11 while write destinations are successively changed. Addresses at this time are allocated so as to let the picture elements for the number of the window memories be the same address. Then the read.s performed by specifying one of the plural memories (0) 1-8 - (3) 1-11 and the address. At this time, read can be performed by supplying the same address to the same window memory, however, the read can not be performed by supplying the different address. Thus, the picture element of the optional order can be read. |
