PURPOSE:To prevent generation of gas owing to the heating of the adhesive surface, by using a hot melt to which an adsorbent having absorption pores is added, when a plastic lighting fixture body and a lens are adhered together and sealed. CONSTITUTION:When a lighting fixture body 1 made of a plastics which generates a gas by heating, and a lens 4 are adhered together and sealed, a hot melt 3 to which an adsorbent having absorption pores is added is filled to the sealing groove 2 at the body 1 side, and then, the seal foot 5 of the lens 4 is engaged and set, and hardened. As a result, when the body 1 of a polycarbonate or the like to generate the water and a gas such as carbon dioxide by heating, and the lens 4 are adhered together and sealed, the adsorbent added to the hot melt 3 absorbs the gas. Consequently, even through a conventional adhesive sealing device and method are used, no bubble is generated at the adhesive surface, and the reduction of the adhesive force and the reduction of the sealing effect can be prevented. |
