PURPOSE:To provide a color image forming device capable of lowering the glossiness of a black-and-white image while satisfactorily keeping the color mixing property of a full-color image. CONSTITUTION:In an image signal processing circuit 28 to which a chromatic color image signal 33 and a black-and-white image signal 34 are inputted, it is judged whether the image signal contains a chromatic color within the same page or not, and the judgment result is outputted to a controller 27 by a judgment signal 31. When the image signal is not a full-page black signal, the regulating target value of the surface temperature of a fixing roller 1 is set to a high temperature such as 180 deg.C, and only when it is the full-page black signal, the target value is switched to a low temperature such as 165 deg.C. |
