PURPOSE:To enable the verifying an input signal other than a data input signal by using a flipflop circuit for scanning and a latch circuit for scanning. CONSTITUTION:In testing, more than one input signal to be used in operation as a normal flipflop circuit are inputted into a logic arithmetic means for computing an ANDing or ORing of input signals with the input signal to be verified alone to 'H' and the other input signal to 'L'. The results of the computation are brought into a master section of a flipflop circuit to allow the verification of all of the individual input signals. |
