PURPOSE:To connect a terminal to an information center without requiring special preparations for center connection or special operation for connection in the system where feedback information of questionnaires or the like related to books is transmitted from the terminal to the information center or the system where a decryption key is requested to the information center in the case of ciphered book information. CONSTITUTION:The network classification and address information of a communication network 20 where an information center 30 which accepts feedback information to book information or the request of decryption key is stored are preliminarily set as one of attribute information of this book information. At the time of connection from a terminal computer 10 to the information center 30, the terminal computer 10 reads out attribute information of book information and is connected to the information center 30 in accordance with the attribute information and the condition of the communication network where the terminal is stored.
