PURPOSE:To prevent the image of generation copy from being degraded in a color image by generating color image data and monochromatic image data from the same original, forming the color image on one side of recording paper and forming a monochromatic image on the other side. CONSTITUTION:This system is composed of an image input device 1, image output device 2 and control processor 3, one side of the same original is designated in a color image mode and the other side is designated in a monochromatic mode by an operation part 31. Based on transfer data, the image output device 2 forms the color image on one side of recording paper and forms the monochromatic image on the other side. When performing the generation copy of the color image, color information is provided from the color image, and the shape information of the image is provided by utilizing the data of the monochromatic image which number of gradations or pixel density is higher than that of the color image. Therefore, the degradation of the image in the generation copy of the color image is prevented. |
