PURPOSE:To solve cost effectiveness and hygienic problems by splashing of resin powder and to make the quality of products constant and stable by incorporating and dispersing fiber components into a water-soluble resin dispersing soln. CONSTITUTION:These sound-proof parts are formed by mixing the fiber components and the water-soluble resin dispersing soln. and applying the mixture on molds having desired shapes, then drying the coating. The fiber component- dispersing liquid formed by using the resin dispersing soln. prepd. in such a manner that the resin components are incorporated at 5 to 50g ratio in 100g fiber components is preferably used. The discontinuous fiber components to be used are preferably properly selected by a desired bulk height and performance and these fiber components to be used may be of one kind or >=2 kinds. Such water-soluble resin dispersing soln. is applied on the inside surfaces of, for example, metal molds by a coating machine, such as mortar gun or lithin gun and is heated to remove moisture, by which a bulky non-woven fabric or felt is formed on the inside surfaces of the metal molds. The metal molds are thereafter passed through an oven at need to preferably cure the thermosetting resin at a prescribed temp. |
