PURPOSE:To obtain a method for assembling a hub of an optical disk enabling an improved recording/reproduction by preventing generation of squeeze-out and spacing of UV. curing resin by specifying the shape of the hub and a disk substrate and the application position of ultraviolet ray-curing resin (UV resin). CONSTITUTION:A projecting part 12 is formed into a circumferential shape along the outer periphery in contact with a substrate 1 of a hub 2. a recessed groove 11 is formed at a substrate 1 corresponding to it, UV resin 4 is applied along the inner-periphery part, and then the hub 2 and the disk 1 are centered. Then, the hub 2 is adhered to the disk, to prevent the projecting part 11 of the outer periphery of the hub 2 from spreading toward the outside of the UV resin 4, to prevent the resin 4 from being squeezed out of the outer- periphery part of the hub 2, and to uniformly adhere the space between the hub 2 and the disk 1 without any spacing. |
