PURPOSE:To obtain a power source circuit which can eliminate difference in the rising characteristic of the power source voltage to be supplied respectively to a microcomputer having backup capacitor and peripheral circuits. CONSTITUTION:A power source circuit comprises a charging current supply circuit 21 for applying a charging current to a backup capacitor 5 from a DC power supplying circuit 1 and a charging current flow blocking circuit 22 for blocking flow of the charging current into the backup capacitor 5 from a VDD power source line L2 of a microcomputer 4. |
