TRIMMER CAPACITOR AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE:To reduce defective products and improve reliability of a trimmer capacitor used in an electronic apparatus or the like. CONSTITUTION:Conductor 7 is printed on a first green sheet 6 by using conductive paste. A board 8 or a stick composed of resin component or glass component are buried in the first green sheet 6. A second green sheet 9 with another conductor printed on is laminated on the first green sheet 6. A through hole 10 is formed on the upper green sheet 9. The first green sheet 6 and the second green sheet 9 which are laminated are baked. The board 8 is gasified or melted and absorbed, and a venting hole 12 linked with the through hole 10 is formed. Thereby the through hole 10 is filled with conductive paste 11, and a trimmer capacitor is manufactured by baking the paste.
