发明名称 IMPROVED NONAQUEOUS SOLVENT LITHIUM SECONDARY BATTERY
摘要 PURPOSE:To form a negative pole excellent in safety prevented from easily deteriorating and to increase capacity of a battery while excellent in a charge/ discharge characteristic by adding lithium baked, to a compound obtained by reaction between a condensation polycyclic compound and a nitro compound or a nitriding agent. CONSTITUTION:While heating 20 pts.wt. dinitro naphthalene and 5 pts.wt. lithium carbonate to 100 deg.C mixed with, for instance, 80 pts.wt. tar of condensation polycyclic compound material, further when increased a temperature to 400 deg.C, a lithium-contained compound with a 1.2wt.% lithium content is obtained. This compound is crushed by using a ball mill. Further, obtained black powder is baked in a nitrogen gas flow, for instance, at 1000 deg.C for two hours, to obtain a powdery negative pole material. In 100 pts.wt. this powdery negative pole material, for instance, 5 pts.wt. 'binder' of polytetrafluoroethylene powder is compounded to be mixed, to prepare a soft molded product compression molded in a disk shape. Thus by preventing a negative pole from easily changing with excellent safety, capacity of a battery is increased with an excellent charge/discharge characteristic.
