PURPOSE:To poritively eliminate foreign matter adhered to electronic components from the electronic components by providing a stage for mounting and a vacuum stage which has a space part for housing electronic component provided at a lower part and a circulation hole for circulating air to it and is mounted on the stage and then connecting a hose for suction to the circulation hole. CONSTITUTION:The title device mounts electronic components 2 where a foreign matter 3 is adhered onto a stage 1 and houses the electronic components in a space part provided at the lower part of a vacuum block 5a and then sucks air 7 in the space part of the vacuum block 5a via a hose 8b for suction, thus eliminating the need for visually inspecting whether the foreign matter 3 is adhered to the electronic components 2 or not and at the same time eliminating the foreign matter 3 positively. Also, one part of an adhesive mass does not fall off an adhesive tape or an adhesive roller, thus preventing it from being adhered to the electronic components 2 and hence improving the reliability of the electronic components 2. |
