PURPOSE:To provide an image forming device capable of precisely maintaining the parallelism between a photosensitive drum and a pair of transfer roller for an intermediate transfer belt by the simple constitution. CONSTITUTION:With respect to the image forming device in which the pair of transfer roller 7 are abutted on the photosensitive drum 1 through the intermediate transfer belt 6, the pair of transfer roller 7 are pressurized at the both side parts by first and second compression springs 25 and 26 toward the photosensitive drum 1 side and the positioning plate 23 side, so that the pair of transfer roller 7 are positioned to the photosensitive drum 1. In this case, the positioning plate 23 is positioned to the photosensitive drum 1 side, so that the positioning plate 23 together with the photosensitive drum 1 is engaged to and disengaged from both side parts of the pair of transfer roller 7, accompanied with the opening and closing operation of the upper side device main body 10. |
