PURPOSE:To send out information with the maximum efficiency of an information storage device without limiting the number of users by receiving a request from a user and extracting only information complying with the user's request from multiple recording information reproduced from the information storage device. CONSTITUTION:At the request inputted from the user to a network interface part 14, a network interface control part 17 extracts a recognition number and a CPU 18 retrieves the number of a compact disk(CD) on which requested information is recorded in the information storage device 11 and the information multiple position of the requested information. An exchange 12 sends retrieval information on the number of the CD and connects the CD player in the information storage device 11 where the requested information is recorded to a decoder in a decoding device 13, and retrieval information on the information multiple position is sent to a decoding device control part 16 to make settings for extracting only the requested information, which is reproduced. The reproduced information is passed through the exchange 12 and decoded by the decoder in the decoding device 13, and the decoded information is sent out of the network interface part 14 to the user. |
