PURPOSE:To provide electrolyte with high safety and high flash point by using oxepan or an oxepan derivative as one of solvents for the electrolyte. CONSTITUTION:As the solvent of electrolyte, a mixture of oxepan represented by the structural formula in formula I or an oxepan derivative and one solvent selected from the group comprising propylene carbonate, ethylene carbonate, butylene carbonate, dimethyl carbonate, diethyl carbonate, gamma-butyrolactone, and gamma-valerolactone is used. As a solute, at least one compound selected from LiClO4, LiBF4, LiAsF6, LiPF6, LiCF3, SO3, and LiN(CF3SO2)2 is used. |
