POWER CORD WITH BUILT-IN FILTER

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide an electric power cord with a built-in filter for improving noise removal ratio which is able to clear the requirements set forth in 'Electric Appliances Control Law'. CONSTITUTION:A core wire of an electric power cord is connected to a hot pattern 5 on a substrate 4, and a capacitor 6 forming a filter is connected to this hot pattern 5. Then, a ferrite core 12 forming the filter is inserted to the core wire of power cords 10 and 11; and a noise removing filter is formed with this ferrite core 12 and capacitor 6. This filter portion is made to a mold 2 thereby exposing an earth fitting 7 of the filter and this earth fitting 7 will be brought to contact with a cabinet 1 when the power cord is fitted to the cabinet 1.
