<p>PURPOSE:To replace an instrument voltage current transformer (PCT) without the service interruption of a load and to eliminate an increase in an installation area by a method wherein bypass circuits which connect the receiving side to the load side via a disconnector are installed on both sides of the PCT. CONSTITUTION:A bypass circuit 10 is installed between a first receiving-circuit unit 21 on one side of the receiving side and a grounding-type potential transformer 25. It is connected by 3 short-circuit conductor 11 via a bypass disconnector D1. A duct 12 is installed on the side of an inspection passage so as to become higher than the height of an apparatus unit. When the PCT 23 is inspected or replaced, the bypass disconnector D1 is put, disconnectors D2, D3 on both sides of the PCT 23 are cut grounding switches ES1, ES2 are put, and a replacement operation is performed. Consequently, the replacement operation can be performed safely, and a service interruption on the load side is not required thanks to the bypass circuit 10.</p> |
