PURPOSE:To realize an access to a real memory with no address conversion after deciding whether or not a logical address is kept within a real memory range decided previously within a real memory and performing an access to the real memory via the logical address. CONSTITUTION:A logical address used by a program language is inputted for access of a real memory 4. When a deciding means 6 decides that the logical address is kept within a real memory range decided previously, the logical address is used for access of the memory 4 via a selector 8 as a real address. Otherwise an address obtained by converting the logical address via an address converting means 2 is used. Thus it is possible to satisfy a request for a face that a high-seed access is realized and the storage contents are protected by a virtual memory.
