PURPOSE:To quickly and accurately collect the information by providing a wire cable on a course route in the vicinity of a cart guide line and mounting a mobile radio terminal equipment onto a cart so that the information is transferred to an integrated controller set at a center. CONSTITUTION:A center A includes an integrated controller 1 which contains a control computer 1a, a wire circuit controller 1b and a cart position display monitor 1c. While a cart storing room B includes a cart storing house B1 and a cart operating place B2. Then a cart E is circulated among those said devices along a cart guide line D set on a course C. Furthermore, a wire cable 2 is provided on the course C and a course radio station 3 including a transmission/ reception circuit 3a, a radio circuit control part 3b and a wire control part 3c is set at plural points on the cable 2. A mobile radio terminal equipment 4 is set on the card E to store a transmitter/receiver 4a and a control part 4b as well as a radio driving device 4c capable of the remote control, a telephone set, etc.
