PURPOSE:To enable color coding between a pattern forming part and edges of chocolate and enhance merchandise value, by carrying out molding using a separation mold. CONSTITUTION:A plate 2 mating with a recessed part 4 is inserted into a mold 1 having the recessed part 4 of a suitable shape in the almost central part, a separation wall 6 having the flat top provided on the periphery of the recessed part 4 and a groove part 7, flat part or gentle-slope sidewall part on the periphery thereof. A separation mold 3 having a recess 8 in the center, protruding separation frame 9 in the tapered tip on the periphery thereof and an injection hole 10 passing to the recess 8 is placed with the recess 8 down so as to bring the tip of the separation frame 9 into contact with the separation wall 6. Molten chocolate is then injected from the injection hole 10 into the separation mold 3 and molten chocolate in a color different from that of the chocolate injected into the separation mold 3 is injected, cooled and solidified.
