A resistive paste comprising (a) a mixture of a resistive material having a composition of NbxLa1-xB6-4x, wherein x is from 0.1 to 0.9 mol, and non-reducing glass frit, (b) at least one additive selected from the group consisting of Li2O, MgO, CaO, TiO2, MnO2, CuO, SrO, BaO, and La2O3 in an amount of from 1 to 10% by weight based on the mixture (a), and (c) an organic vehicle. The resistive paste provides a resistor having its temperature coefficient of resistivity shifted to the minus (-) direction according to necessity.
