PURPOSE: To easily input identification information, and to examine all collected data by adapting a bar code expressing an indispensable field bar code scanner command and a bar code expressing an indispensable X-ray inspection bar code. CONSTITUTION: An X-ray source 128 is arranged at the upper part of a patient 124, and a storage phosphor cassette 142 is arranged at the lower part of the chest of the patient 124. At the time of X-ray photographing, a patient identification bar code 158 on a patient chart 166, storage phosphor identification bar code 150 on the storage phosphor cassette 142, and X-ray inspection type identification bar code on an inspection type chart 168 are scanned by using a portable bar code scanner 172. This chart 168 can include information such as an X-ray irradiation condition and the position of the patient, and this is scanned by the portable bar code scanner 172, and stored in a memory. Thus, all the data required corresponding to the patient inspection can be collected, stored, and transmitted with the adaptive X-ray image. |
