CONTROLLING AND GENERATING METHOD FOR MOUNTING DEVICE DATA

PURPOSE:To shorten the data generating time and to decrease the quantity of control data by performing the one-dimensional control of the original NC data and the design change information generated subsequently. CONSTITUTION:The original NC data are stored against the type of a substrate, the original NC data are compared with the design data of a new version every time the design is changed to the type of substrate, and the changed areas of the design are collectively stored in a design change history file (step 5). Then the history file is retrieved when the design is newly changed and the changed blocks are selected to the CAM data corresponding to the original specifications for generation of the new CAD data (step 6). The NC data are generated for the equipment names and machine numbers and against the CAM data on the relevant design version (step 7). The generated NC data are added into the original NC data (step 8) and undergo the tuning processing (step 9). Thus the NC data of a new design version are obtained.
