PURPOSE: To provide a speech data processor connectable with a telephone network and its operating method. CONSTITUTION: The speech data processor provided with a means receiving a speech signal consisting of a series of speech segments delimited by a speech delimiter from the telephone network and recording it is provided with a means 90 detecting the speech delimiter and scanning a recorded signal in order to generate data structure connecting a set of previously fixed field identifiers respectively with corresponding one of the recorded segments.
