SCHEDULE MAKING DEVICE FOR BUILDING MAINTENANCE WORK

PURPOSE:To provide the schedule making device for building maintenance work which automatically makes a schedule where the correction of combinations between buildings as the object of maintenance work and workers can be reduced. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with an assined worker information storage part 32 where information related propriety of the combination between a building as the object of maintenance work and workers assigned to maintenance work of this building is stored and a field information processing part 14a which sets the rank of propriety of workers for each building based on information stored in the assigned worker information storage part 32. The propriety of the combination between the building and workers is automatically discriminated based on the set rank, and workers familiar with the building as the object of maintenance work are selectively assigned by a schedule assignment processing part 14c, and a schedule is made and is displayed on a display part 17. Thus, a work manager can easily and quickly determine the assignment of workers.
