PURPOSE:To provide a frequency controlled oscillator with less noise, keeping its frequency constant and used for a millimeter wave local oscillator with respect to the frequency controlled oscillator. CONSTITUTION:A branching means 2 distributes an output of a VCO 1 to a low pass filter 3 and a high pass filter 4 in which a loss is equal in an output frequency of the VCO 1 and outputs of the low pass filter 3 and the high pass filter 4 are given respectively to detectors 5, 6. Then the detected outputs are inputted to a differential voltage output means 7 obtaining the difference of the received two voltages and its output is fed back to the input of VCO 1. |
