<p>PURPOSE:To provide a state detecting device which can detect the process data as a state as quickly as possible. CONSTITUTION:A state detecting device detects the process data as a process state and is provided with a preprocessing means 2 which eliminates the minute changes of the process data, a feature point extracting means 3 which extracts the feature points out of the process data eliminating a minor change by the means 2, the trend vector generating means 4 and 6 which generate the trend vectors based on the noted one of those process data eliminating a minor change by the means 2 and the data on the desired feature point acquired by the means 3, and the sorting means 5 and 7 which sorts the tilts of the trend vectors generated by the means 4 and 6 into the state data.</p> |
