摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a microscope type apparatus for Fourier transform infrared spectrometry which can display an observed image and a spectral image obtained by a Fourier transform function in one image. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus is equipped with the main body 31 of the microscope type apparatus for Fourier transform infrared spectrometry which has a microscope function, a Fourier transform function and a monitor and outputs a signal from the monitor 30 as a first image signal (m) showing an observed image M of the part of an object of measurement, a controller 32 for Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy which outputs a second image signal (n) showing a spectral image N obtained by the Fourier transform function, an image superposing means 33 which synthesizes the first and second image signals (m) and (n) and superposes the observed image M of the first image signal (m) on the spectral image N of the second image signal (n) in a prescribed mode of superposition, and a synthesized image display means 34 which displays synthesized images m' and n' outputted from the image superposing means.</p>
