摘要 PURPOSE:To attain increasing capacity density by using a hollow Ni spherical powder sintered material as the sintered substrate charged with a large amount of active material. CONSTITUTION:Electroless Ni plating is performed in a surface of acrylic resin powder, to melt acrylic resin heated, for instance, at 500 deg.C for an hour, and hollow Ni spherical powder of 1.8 bulk specific gravity can be adjusted. Next by mixing this Ni spherical powder with a methyl cellulose water solution, to prepare slurry, and after applying this slurry to both surfaces of a punching Ni plate, for instance, by about 1mg/cm<2> thickness, by baking for an hour in the reducing atmosphere at 800 deg.C, a sintered substrate of 90% porosity is prepared. Then, after repeating, for instance, 10 times a process of immersing this substrate in a sodium hydroxide water solution to precipitate Ni hydroxide, Co hydroxide and Zn hydroxide in a hole of the sintered substrate, the substrate is washed by water and dried, to prepare sintered Ni pole Al of charging the hole of the sintered substrate with an active material of Ni hydroxide or the like. In this way, the sintered Ni pole of large capacity density is obtained.
