PURPOSE:To deal a servo motor having an incremental encoder with one servo motor controller even if a phase difference of its CS signal and an interphase induced voltage is any value. CONSTITUTION:A sine wave generator 13 obtains sine wave data (c) having the same phase as that of a CS signal (b), and a 3-phase/2-phase converter 6 converts 3-phase current detected values (e) of a servo motor 1 to 2-phase current feedbacks (f), (g) of the motor 1 by using the data (c). Further, a sine value K1 and a cosine value K2 of a phase difference angle of the CS signal and an interphase induced voltage of the motor 1 are multiplied by a torque command to obtain 2-phase current commands h1, h2, and 2-phase voltage commands 1, (m) are obtained from deviations of the commands h1, h2 from the feedbacks (f), (g). Moreover, the commands 1, (m) are converted to 3-phase AC voltage commands n1-n3 by a 2-phase/3-phase converter by using the data (c), which are input to a PWM inverter 10 thereby to control to drive the motor 1. |
