The method consists of a RX/TX communication check step which checks out whether, under stand-by status, ring signals are received or communication keys are inputted, a RX communication step which processes a communication mode by the input of communication key after the generation of ring signals, a dial input determining step which determines whether there is the input of dial key, a feedback step which returns to the stand-by status after turnig off the lamp of optic dial, and a dialing display step which displays the dialed number by changing the color of the dial lamp.
