VALLEY GUTTER AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE:To simply and surely connect the gutter main body to the upper end fitting member so as to prevent water leakage from the above connecting part. CONSTITUTION:A valley gutter is so constructed that an upper end fitting member 2 bent upward and outward is connected to both upper end edges of a shallow groove type gutter main body 1 to be extended. The gutter main body 1 and the upper end fitting member 2 are formed by a compound plate piece 5 made by coating a metal plate with thermoplastic resin 4. The upper end part 6 of the gutter main body 1 and the lower edge part of the upper end fitting member are made overlap each other, and the surface thermoplastic resin 4 of both members is heated and crimped to connect both members to each other. If a manufacturing method of clamping and fixing the heated and crimped part by a connecting tool 8 and conducting claming and fixing using the connecting tool 8 at a field of construction is adopted, the valley gutter can be rolled up like a coil and carried easily.
