PURPOSE:To obtain the subject molding, having a prescribed surface roughness, excellent in appearance, high cycling properties and molding processability and useful as light electrical appliances, etc., by carrying out the injection molding under specific conditions. CONSTITUTION:This molding is obtained by passing an impact-resistant PS-based resin containing 1-30wt.% dispersed particles, prepared by dispersing a rubber- like polymer into a particle form having a wide particle diameter distribution and 1.8-4.0-mum average particle diameter in a PS-based resin and containing 10-25wt.% particles having 2.0-4.0mum particle diameter and 1-30wt.% particles having 4.0-6.0mum particle diameter in the whole dispersed particles of the rubbery polymer through processes for filling and cooling a molten resin according to the injection molding method. The molding has 0.5-1.5 7mum surface roughness without any short shots and melt creases produced therein by an influence of air and gases in a metallic mold in the process for filling the resin. This molding has 0.5-1.5mum surface roughness. |
