发明名称 FITTING METHOD AND STRUCTURE OF DIE AND CORE IN HOLLOW MOLDING MACHINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To perform easily or swiftly detachment or exchange operation, by simplifying structure of a die and core, by a method wherein a clamp collar in which a die is fitted is raised in an axial direction by opposing force of a spring and a steel ball is put in its circumferential groove. CONSTITUTION:At least two holes which are confronted with each other in a diametral direction and has a semicircular section or circumferential grooves 12a, 17a, 18a are provided in the outer circumferential surface of a die 17. A die stopper 15 possessing through holes 9a, 15a into which steel balls 11, 16 which advance to or retreat from the hole or the circumferential groove are inserted and the inner circumferential surface performing sliding contact with the outer circumferential surface of the die 17 is fixed to a die head. Then a clamp collar 18 possessing the inner circumferential surface performing the sliding contact with the outer circumferential surface of the die stopper is fitted over the die stopper and a recessed part or a groove where the steel balls 11, 16 advance or retreat is formed in the circumferential surface of the clamp collar 18. Then the clamp collar 18 is energized downward of an axial direction by springs 5, 15, the steel balls 11, 16 are pressed against the die 17 by a tapered part and fixed.
