PURPOSE:To reserve heated beverage such as coffee, black tea or green tea in a heating condition while holding its inherent taste. CONSTITUTION:A device 1 for reserving heated beverage A comprises a heat resistant glass container 2 in which the beverage A is filled, a cover 3 which is gas-tightly held to the container 2, and an L-shaped setting base 4 on which the container 2 is set, and a venting device 5 for venting the inside of the container 2 and a heat holding device 6 for holding the temperature of the beverage A, which are installed in the setting base 4. After the heated beverage A is filled in the container 2 which is then closed by the cover 3, the inside of the container 2 is evacuated by the venting device 5, and the beverage A is reserved in the container 6 while the temperature thereof is held by the heat holding device 6. |
