PURPOSE:To obtain a taste-improving liquid containing iron and/or magnesium and/or calcium. CONSTITUTION:The taste of a solution containing one or more kinds of iron and/or magnesium and/or calcium ions can be improved by adding rebaudioside A to the solution. The taste is further improved by adding a stevia extract to the solution produced by the above method.
