PURPOSE:To provide a method and a device for supplying a large number of fried flat cakes of dough with vegetables. CONSTITUTION:A supply device 2 sets the food stuff for a fried flat cake of dough with vegetables onto a conveyer 12. Then, a scrape-up device 3 scrapes up flour which is a part of the materials in the center part. Thereafter, a reversing device 4 turns over the materials, and a pressing member in a press forming device 5 presses downward the materials. Further, the external shape forming device 6 forms the food stuff into a shape having a substantially circuit outer periphery, and thereafter, a baking device 8 bakes up the materials at both upper and lower surfaces thereof. Further, on the way of the baking, a thickness adjusting device 7 adjusts the thickness of the materials. Further, the conveyer 12 is beforehand heated by a heating means, upstream of the supply device 2 so as to have residual heat with which fluid-like flour which is a part of the food stuff set on the conveyer 12 is into the one having a high viscosity before the food stuff are shifted into the next process station such as the reversing device 4 or the like. |
