Also, due to P2-Ab-send-in registering prohibition relay B-N2, the relay B is turned on opening the normally closed contact Bb of the relay B. At this time, even if the send-in registering switch S2 is depressed, since P2-S2-Bb-relay C-N2 is not established, the relay C is not turned on, making cage send-in registering unable.
