<p>PURPOSE:To correctly decide the position of a cog part to be cut by supporting a protruded part to be engaged with the cog groove part of a rubber compact and a rodlike auxiliary mold having the guide groove of a cutter by a gripping part. CONSTITUTION:A rubber mold 8 wherein a cog part to be cut is marked is installed on the front base board 2 with the cog part faced to a surface side and is placed on the pushing-up rod 42 of a rubber mold lifting means. At that time, in the gripping part 20 of an auxiliary mold gripping part 3, an auxiliary mold 19 is fixed by a pair of nipping plates 23 to be lifted from the base board 2 surface. When the position of the cog part to be cut is decided, the gripping part 20 is lowered to install an auxiliary mold 19 onto the rubber mold 8. A pair of nipping plates 23 is opened to engage the protruded part of the auxiliary mold 19 with the cog groove part 10 of the rubber mold 8. Consequently the cog part to be cut by a cutter 60 can be positioned.</p> |
