PURPOSE:To prevent the plating crack at the time of welding a rib to a disk of a full-design type, which is previously plated on its design surface. CONSTITUTION:The hardness of a semibright layer 7 of the Ni plating 6 is previously set at <=500 Hv and laser welding is adopted for welding in the case of compsn. of the plating layer 6 of the semibright layer 7, a bright layer 8 and a Cr plating layer 9 thereon. As a result, the plating crack and plating burn are prevented and the welding after the plating is possible. |
