PURPOSE:To improve the durability by forming both soft and hard parts in an aluminum bearing by means of a laser surface reforming process. CONSTITUTION:In an aluminum bearing 1 made up of aluminum or an Al-Sn alloy as a base material, A soft part 2 formed by adding a soft material 4 onto a base material surface (aluminum metal 7) and irradiating a laser beam 6 directly, and a hard part 3 formed by irradiating this laser beam 6 directly onto the base material surface (or adding the hard material) both are mixed together. |
